HI, after a long time I am writing in my blog. I was severly criticised by my good friends tath my language is not good, some suggested tath my presentation is not good. So I thought I will not write untill and unless I am able to improve it properly. But it is my good friend Neil who mailed me again and again to write in the Blog.He encouraged me a lot to write what ever I feel and I think. So I am writing again.
